Shipping Policies

Prior to placing an order, we ask that read and agree to the following Terms and Conditions, known as the Shipping Policies, part of our Order Policies. By placing an order with us either on website or by phone, you are making a fortified statement of agreement to all Terms and Conditions herein and hyperlinked to, which will be legally binding. If you do not agree with any portion of the Terms and Conditions as posted herein or hyperlinked to, we ask that you do not place an order with us.

1. Where do you ship and where do you not ship?

We ship to the Contiguous United States only. This means we cannot and will not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Protectorates and Territories, or APO/FPO addresse under any circumstance. Our shipping process is automated and shipping outside of the Contiguous US to foreign countries or to the above areas could not be done in an automated fashion, thus making it difficult to ship to these areas. It's not a matter of cost, it's the inability and unwillingness to break away from the automation system to process the shipment manually. We do not know of any distributors that do ship outside the US, so please don't ask us.

Please note, we ship via United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground Service. UPS does not ship to PO Box Addresses, so we can not ship to a PO Box Address. If paying by credit card or any other electronic payment format, including Paypal or Online Check Processing, we are forced to ship to the confirmed billing address. This address can not be a PO Box address. We will not ship to an alternate address for electronic payment orders. The order MUST ship to the confirmed billing address. NO EXCEPTIONS.

If your billing address is a PO Box address, but you need to have the merchandise shipped to your street address, the order must be placed as a Money Order Payment order. We can then ship to any address you desire.


2. Can you ship my order to another adress as a gift?

In short, Yes! However, please note we can only ship to alternate addresses if payment is made by Money Order or Certified / Bank Check. If your paying by credit card or any other form of electronic payment, including Paypal or Online Check Processing, we are forced to ship to the confirmed billing address. This address can not be a PO Box address. We will not ship to an alternate address for electronic payment orders. The order MUST ship to the confirmed billing address. NO EXCEPTIONS.

So if you need to ship it as a gift... you will need to select Money Order or Certified / Bank Check as your payment method during check out.

Any requests for shipping to an alternate address with credit card or electronic payments will be ignored and we will ship to the confirmed billing address as per these policies.


3. How will you ship my merchandise?

Generally, retail orders are delivered by the United Parcel Service ( UPS ) Ground Service. Gemmy Inflatables are heavy, They average between 10 - 20 pounds for the 6' - 8' inflatables and 20-40 pounds for the 10' - 13' inflatables. Inflatables ship via UPS in either their retail packaging, in in reshipper packaging. Cases of 4 shipped in a brown box and weigh between 55 - 85 pounds.

All orders are shipped to the buyers "confirmed or billing address" as provided by PayPal or credit card bank. We will ship to alternate addresses for those of you paying by Money Order Only. No exceptions!

All items are shipped Insured if requested ($2.00 fee) and Trackable as a default at no extra charge.

Again, all items are shipped via UPS... therefor we can not shp to a P.O. Box address.


4. When can I expect to receive my merchandise?

We make every effort to ship in-stock merchandise in 1-3 business days. You can see if your item has shipped by checking the status of your order. You can do this by clicking here.

Delivery time averages 1 to 7 business days once your merchandise leaves our facility. If you provide a valid email address when ordering, a notification will be sent directly from UPS when the shipment occurs. The email will include a tracking number or tracking numbers for multiple shipments and a link to UPS's website where you can track the progress of your shipment online.

Pre-orders start shipping as posted on our website. These noted shipping windows are estimates. We suggest that you check our website periodically for updates as receiving and shipping dates are not guaranteed and may change. Also if you pre-order merchandise and move prior to our shipping, please notify us in writing of this change of address. Please send all notifications by certified mail so you know it has been received. We will not be held liable for mis-shipped merchandise.

Once the item leaves our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for shipping of the merchandise. If you experience a problem with your shipment, you will need to contact UPS. We do not control UPS or their ability or inability to ship a package. Once the item leaves our facility we have no control over it therefor we provide no guarantees of delivery dates.


5. Do you offer express shipping services?

We make every effort to ship in-stock merchandise in 1-3 business days. Generally, retail orders are delivered by the United Parcel Service ( UPS ) Ground Service. We do offer express shipping at an additional cost. We offer UPS Ground, UPS 3-Day, UPS 2-Day and UPS Next Day Services. Prices vary depending on weight, location and service requested. Please allow the order processing time fram as noted above which is 1-3 days, over and above the delivery time frame.


6. How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping is charged per inflatable as most inflatables are shipped individually or in an over-sized case of four. Shipping rates range depending on the size and weight of the inflatable. Shipping fees are shown during the check out process prior to your confirming the order and providing payment. on Average shipping costs are between $6 - $20+ per inflatable. Again depending on size, location and type of shipping service requested.


7. What do I do if my order is lost or damaged during shipment?

Once the shipment leaves our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for shipping of the merchandise. Any damage or loss is UPS's Liability. We ship all shipments UPS Insured. We will work with you and UPS to get your issue resoved as fast as possible. If you experience a problem with your shipment, you should contact UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS upon receipt.

In the event you received a damaged shipment, please do not assemble or use the merchandise for safety reason. Immediately call UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS or please fill out the [UPS Damage Claim Form]. You have 7 days to file a damage insurance claim. Again, if the merchandise has been damaged, do not attempt to assemble or use the merchandise, by doing so you may cause personal injury. Also once the item is used, the item is no longer returnable. UPS will come pick up the damaged merchandise for inspection and return it to us. If you file a claim within 7 days, upon confirmation of the filing we can issue a call tag for UPS to pick up the damaged item and we will ship out a brand new replacement on the same day. In the event your shipment is lost, if you paid for insurance on your order, please view [UPS Loss Claim FAQ's]. You have 30 days to file a loss insurance claim. Insurance claims can take up to 90 days to be resolved. We can not reship or refund until the claim investigation has been resolved with UPS.
