Prior to returning merchandise, we ask that read and agree to the following Terms and Conditions, known as the Return Policies, part of the Order Policies. By placing an order with us either on website or by phone, you are making a fortified statement of agreement to all Terms and Conditions herein and hyperlinked to, which will be legally binding. 1. What is your return policy for unopened merchandise?

FunFoodProducts.com offers a 10-Day Money Back Guarantee, with certain conditions. If for any reason you no longer want your un-opened purchase, we will gladly accept a return for exchange or for refund (less S&H and any processing fees). The following conditions apply:

  1. Refund Return Requests must be made within 10 days from date of delivery by calling our Customer Service Center at 718-815-2571 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA Number) for returning the merchandise back to us. All Refund Return Requests after 10 days will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

  2. Exchange Return Requests must be made within 10 days from date of delivery by calling our Customer Service Center at 718-815-2571 to obtain a Exchange Merchandise Authorization Number (EMA Number) for returning the merchandise back to us. Shipping of exchanged merchandise to and from consumer is consumer's responsibility.

  3. All returns must be pre-authorized and have a valid RMA or EMA Number. Returns without a valid RMA or EMA Number will be refused.

  4. All returned merchandise must be our labeled, new and factory sealed merchandise in resellable condition. We will accepted opened merchandise back but a 25% restocking fee applies (see info below). We do not accepted assembled or used merchandise back. Once an item is opened, assemble and or used, it is considered as final sale, unless the item is defective, in which case Gold Medal does offer a Warranty. Please view the Product Warranty information included with your product.

  5. All return shipments must be shipped to us by UPS Insured at the customer's expense. We will refuse and return shipments from all other shipping carriers including the US Postal Service. So please return items using UPS making sure it is insured.

  6. We will not accept any returns for refund beyond or exchanges beyond 14 days from the date of receipt.


2. What is your return policy for opened used merchandise?

3. My item is defective, what is your return policy?

Upon receipt of merchandise, we suggest you immediately open the merchandise and make sure it is in working order. In the event you do receive a defective item, missing part or have another warranty claim, you will need to make a claim within 48 hours of receipt. Please contact our Customer Support Center at 1-718-815-2571 and we will be happy to assist you. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA Number) so you can return the item for an immediate replacement.

For all claims beyond the initial 48 hours, please refer to manufacturer's warranty included with the merchandise to determine the remedies available in such event of a defect in materials or workmanship. In the documentation included with the merchandise, you will find a Toll Free number that you can call in the event there is a problem.

Please note, it is the customer's responsibility to pay for the shipping of the returned item back to us in the event a return and replacement is requested. We will cover the cost of shipping out the replacement.

Be assured that you obtain a RMA number prior to sending us a return as we will not accept any returns without a RMA Number.


4. Damaged Shipments

We ship all orders UPS Insured. Insurance will cover you from loss or damage as a result of shipping.

All items are new and factory sealed. We take great care to ensure your orders are well packed to prevent damage in transit, however sometimes damage does occur. In the event you received a damaged shipment, please do not assemble or use the merchandise for safety reason. Please notify the delivering UPS driver and have them make a notation of the damage on the delivery receipt. then Immediately call UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS or please fill out the [UPS Damage Claim Form]. You have up to 7 days to file a damage insurance claim. Again, if the merchandise has been damaged, do not attempt to assemble or use the merchandise, by doing so you may cause personal injury. Also once the item is used, the item is no longer returnable. UPS will come pick up the damaged merchandise for inspection and return it to us. If you file a claim within 7 days, upon confirmation of the filing we can issue a call tag for UPS to pick up the damaged item and we will ship out a brand new replacement on the same day. If you have questions regarding insuarance claims or need assistance, we will gladly help you, just call 1-718-815-2571.


5. How do I return an item?

Prior to returning an item, please read all the policies above and then contact our Customer Support Center if necessary at 1-718-815-2571 and we will be happy to assist you. if your return is justified, you will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA Number) or Exchange Merchandise Authorization Number (EMA Number). After you receive the RMA or EMA Number please follow these instructions:

  1. Write us a short note describing the problem or reason for return and include the letter with the merchandise.
  2. Re-package the merchandise to be returned in the original cardboard box.
  3. Seal the package securely for shipping
  4. Write your RMA ir EMA Number in large type on the outside of the package.
  5. Ship the item to us at the address below via UPS INSURED ONLY.
  6. You will be required to insure the shipment.
  7. Make note of tracking information for future reference.

6. Disclaimers

  1. All returns are subject to pre-approval.
  2. Assembled or Used Merchandise is considered FINAL SALE amd not returnable.
  3. We will not accept a return without an RMA or EMA Number.
  4. We will not accept a return by any other shipping carrier other then UPS.
  5. It is the customer's responsiblty to pay for the returned merchandise.
  6. We will cover the cost of shipping out a replacement for defective items. Shipping for exhanged items is the customers responsibility.
